Do I need a transmit and receive freq or just put in the freq for both as listed?

The frequencies listed above are all data control links and therefore cannot be demodulated by a scanner. While I am not in QLD, I understand that in South East QLD, the fire services use the GWN P25 Phase II network and are encrypted.
