not sure if the capcode is correct will have to check next time i fire up the other computer.

Done a search on with the capcode 0411684 and that, message came up, Calamvale seems to be a text that is also being filtered as well as cycle

Thinking that someone is filtering text, then sending to (their own maybe) pager. Thats where I am heading,
maybe its not any emergency service at all

I think you'll find the word that was being filtered was "MVA" which appears in the word CALAMVALE. Sounds like a towie filtering by text, and resending pager messages.
