Came through just before, as follows (capcodes and names removed):

"ATT: ASDO Be advised that due to an issue on the current active EAS Core an Emergency Core change has been scheduled for 0300 tonight. This will incur an outage of up to 15 minutes to all paging services, during this period ESTA will be using ADTEC for all notifications. It is anticipated that there will be no further notifications regarding this event unless further issues develop, and there is no requirement to acknowledge. Regards [REDCATED} Comms DO."
