Does anyone know if Firecom South East will be splitting their channel like they did last year. With the wildfires they have had in the Lockyer Valley area recently,it looks like they will be having a very busy fire season.
Stay Safe everyone.

Firecom Southeast - Channel Split
I've already asked that question around and it would appear no. There's been no standing orders produced so far

The Split last year wasn't announced till mid September, so I think you are jumping the gun asking this early.stingray wrote:Does anyone know if Firecom South East will be splitting their channel like they did last year. And anyway, it was a "Trial", so it may not happen at all this year.

It also requires them to roster on 1 or 2 extra operators every time they do it.rossmutz wrote:Can be done at the flick of a switch at any time.
I have spoken to a few of the senior officers of the region and there is no plans at this stage to split the channel
