Hello i found this scanner on DX

it can go to 2.4ghz is this true?

It is NOT a Radio Scanner. It is a piece of Test Equipment.

Icom r20 goes up to 2.4GHz if that's what you want, yes there's something to listen to

Depends on how you define "listen".

The IC-R20 is only capable of AM, FM, WFM, LSB, USB, and CW,
and there is very little of that above about 870 MHz.
