NPWS NSW

Post by nath477 »

Hi
Is anyone able to help with Channel number allocations to the NSW NPWS?
Im located in Sydney Hurstville

I listen to 162.325 for the RNP, and also receive 162.350 from narrow neck repeater. 162.350 and 162.325 sometimes TX with same station. Must be able to use duel channels?

If any one knows the channel numbers would be great?

If anyone would like a email of a kmz file of the NPWS NSW system you can email me nath4n77@gmail.com

mny thks

From the OP I think you'll find he was after the channel numbers, not frequencies. Most likely for when the user says, for example, "go to channel ..." you know where to find them.

Copy that.

I have never heard any NPWS staff ask the change channels, so assumed he was after the frequencies.

Do they still use the VHF Low band as listed here? https://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?aid=3215

No. Has been replaced by 160Mhz VHF Analog as listed above
RR is many years out of date
