XTS3000's/2500's have a zone of digital 'voting' ch's, next zone individual digital ch's and a zone of individual analogue channels.

There are still plenty of the old analogue only radios in use around Gold Coast, Redcliffe and sunshine coast still.

A P25 type radio is capable of using old fashioned analogue as well as encrypted digital signals.
