This beast is operated by the QAS Special Operations Response Team. The truck provides for mobile command and control and with its huge trailer and accompanying vehicles can set up a field hospital able to cater for several critically injured patients and provide ongoing hospital emergency department services for area impacted on by disasters and major events. A smaller version is starting to pop up around the state based on an extended Mercedes Sprinter cab chasis.

i love this unit, i had the opportunity to have a look inside over the weekend when this vehicle was used at the Oxfam Trailwalker Brisbane Event where this beast was located at the Walkabout Creek Centre. it was set up rather nicely however i honestly think the vehicle hasn't been utilised to its full potential, which is rather sad.
