Hello from Brisbane

Post by Enforcer »

Hey Guys,

I’m Chris from Brisbane QLD. I’ve been into scanners for many years, but have just decided to get back into it again after a break of nearly 10 years.

I just own a basic Uniden UBC72XLT, which I bought when I was in my 20’s. Most of my other more expensive units somehow “disappeared” during a few house moves in the past.

My latest development is getting into in car UHFs, which I’ve ordered the GME XRS 370C4P package, and this has reignited my interests in scanning frequencies again.

G'day Chris - welcome to the group.

I remember the 72XLT. I have a GME TX3350 which is similar, sits in a bag in the car and used with a magnetic base when necessary. The GME gear are nice pieces of kit.
